All normal ball hold a pre evolution, first pokemon forme and the pokemons that don't evolve. and cost 2

All Great ball hold pokemons at their second evolution and cost 3

All ultra ball hold pokemons at their third evolution and cost 4

All master ball hold legendary pokemons and cost 5

Extra-> For hybrid pokemon, it cost + 2
